We could not have asked for a better buyer’s agent. Adam was more concerned about making us his lifelong client than just selling us a house. I’m pretty handy and optimistic so I would walk into a lot of the houses with a willingness to put in some sweat equity. Adam would explain the realities of cost and time such projects would entail and help us make very informed decisions about which houses we should put a bid on.
