I’m pretty handy and optimistic so I would walk into a lot of the houses with a willingness to put in some sweat equity. Adam would explain the realities of cost and time such projects would entail and help us make very informed decisions about which houses we should put a bid on. Even with 3% down and getting our closing costs covered, Adam was able to find us a beautiful home on the east side of town within 20 minutes from both of our jobs. Will definitely be using Adam again in the future.
